By creating an account or using ShieldSet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ShieldSet is a tool for creating and managing operational runbooks. You may use it for lawful purposes related to your professional work. You may not resell access, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or use it to generate content that violates applicable laws.
Runbooks and other content you create belong to you. By using the service, you grant ShieldSet a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your runbooks.
ShieldSet uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate runbook content. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before using it in production operations.
New accounts receive 5 days of free access. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription or active referrals. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
ShieldSet is provided 'as is.' We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated runbook content during an incident. Operational decisions remain your responsibility.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
